J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd consolidated sales down 4.68% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit contracted by 11.67% As on : 06-Aug-26  17:27

J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd share price declined by 0.48% to Rs 490.4 after the company's net profit fell 11.67% to Rs 97.42 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 4.68% to Rs 1511.21 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Civil Construction industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 9.61 lakh crore, declining 3.99%. It has inched up 2.38% over last one week and dipped slightly by 2.09% in last one month while the market capitalization of J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd has improved by 1.30% and 4.25% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd stood at Rs 138.72 crore in Q2 FY26, slipping 4.15% year-on-year, and slipping 6.85% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 195 crore, declining 4.88% YoY and gaining 1.26% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 5.55% to Rs 1348.27 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 990.33 crore, softening by 9.76% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 114.4 crore, registering a growth of 10.08% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 16.69% to Rs 5693.49 crore, while net profit rose by 19.06% to Rs 391.21 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 67548% to Rs 793.4 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 21.71% to Rs 536.24 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 376.05 crore in FY26, as against Rs 338.63 crore in FY25. J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd nosedived by 30.32% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.64% during the same period.
